Cebu White Sands is a privately-owned, four-star resort hotel nestled on the east coast of Mactan Island. Rates & Rules
The rate are fixed based on 70 headcount. Reduction in headcount may increase the per head cost. Currency conversion to PHP was done on 15th September 2024 (1 PHP : 1.50 INR) – Any fluctuation may increase or decrease the per head cost (Reconciliation will be done on 12th February 2025 on notified accordingly)

Additional's & Extras
All additional nights will be borne by the attendees. At the time of check in the hotel will request payment for additional nights only by cash or any bank card, All room service charges such as Minibar, Bar, Spa and Room Service to be borne by the attendee, At the time of check out, please ensure that all expenses are settled before leaving (organizers will not be liable for it)

Cancellation
Cancellation will incur 50% of the per head cost, remaining money will be refunded. If full payment is not received, your reservation will be canceled. Future bookings will depend on room availability. Room reservation has been made as per individuals request against your name. No additional guest will be permitted in the room.
